how can a normal ninjas do such type of seals,, how the hell a legend and strong ninja like itachi go according to danzou if he is not wrthy enough..

we just cant say he is just a man with bandages,, if thats real,, he just cant run root anbu,,

almost all the members of root anbu are worthy and if he is not strong they dont work under him..

and on the thing he wud become kage long time ago,, he actually didnt come as against any other time ,, i mena he didnt fight against fourth or fifth, he just fought against third and now by the environment he took advantage,, and came forward again..
